Mediation Service: $200 an hour, $100 per hour, per participant

Mediation with Iris Frost Mediation is scheduled for a minimum of two (2) hours (although you can schedule for longer). The cost of mediation includes scheduling and the Certificate of Mediation Completion required by the Court. If the parties are making progress during the mediation, an additional session is recommended, but not required. There is no administrative fee. The charge for drafting agreements is $250 per hour ($125 per hour/per participant). The initial mediation session must be pre-paid.
